Purchase of Products from our Internet Shop

  • No minimum orders are imposed, so we do not need/have a "sale or return" policy.
  • Products are only sent after payment is made via our Shop. Your invoice is automatically e-mailed with your order.
  • If you need to cancel a product order, you must email info@face-the-world.co.uk within 24 hours of making the purchase. If the products have already been sent to you, a full refund as store credit, minus the postage/packing fee, will be made to your account once we receive the products back from you.
  • Damaged or unsatisfactory products are to be returned to our address where we will be pleased to replace them for you free of charge. No cash alternative: Face The World Ltd, 11b Newton Court, Pendeford Business Park, Wolverhampton, WV9 5HB.
  • All product orders up to 2kg weight are processed within two working days (Mon to Fri) and sent via standard second class Royal Mail at a fixed fee of £4.00
  • Product orders weighing over 2kg are processed within two working days (Mon to Fri) and sent via ParcelForce 48 tracked. No handling/packing fee is added.
