No minimum orders are imposed, so we do not need/have a “sale or return” policy.
Products are only sent after payment is made via our Shop. Your invoice is automatically e-mailed with your order.
If you need to cancel a product order, please leave a voicemail by ringing 0845 544 1555 within 24 hours of making the purchase. If the products have already been sent to you, a full refund as store credit, minus the postage/packing fee, will be made to your account once we receive the products back from you.
Sadly, due to the current CoVid safety advice, we cannot accept returns and refunds of t-shirts due to the wrong size/fit. Faulty products must be fully photographed and a description of the fault sent to us via our contact form and we will be in touch to either refund or replace your faulty item.
The fixed postage fee of £4 covers up to 2kg and sent as standard second class Royal Mail and includes the handling/packaging fee per order. Orders over 2kg are sent via private courier with a fixed fee of £8 + VAT.
